Dr. Suzanne M. Fabrizio specializes in family eye care and contact lenses and has been practicing in Whittier since 1987. She established Fabrizio Optometry in 2012. She is dedicated to solving your eye care needs in a personal and caring manner.
She received her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Southern California College of Optometry (SCCO) in 1987. She also has a Bachelor of Arts in Medical Technology from Michigan State University and a Bachelor of Science in Visual Science from SCCO. She completed internships at the Center for the Partially Sighted in Santa Monica, California; Indian Health Services in Phoenix, Arizona; and the San Bernardino Juvenile Hall in San Bernardino, California. Her research in contact lenses was published in the 1990 Journal of the American Optometric Association.
She has earned a special license in Therapeutic Pharmaceutical Agents (TPA), which allows her to prescribe medications for ocular infections, inflammation, diseases, and allergies. Dr. Fabrizio earns over 50 hours of continuing education credits every two years to stay abreast of current treatment advances in the field of optometry. Her memberships include the American Optometric Association, the California Optometric Association, and the Orange County Optometric Association.
Dr. Fabrizio is also a co-managing optometrist for LASIK and refractive surgery with NVision Laser Center.
